The process starts with you emailing photographs to me. These can be very rough; no particular photography skill or camera is needed - just everyday shots on a mobile phone are perfect. I usually ask for several pictures but will discuss this with you depending on your objectives.
I then draw the image freehand. Once it’s finished, and assuming you require a giclee print, you then decide how large you’d like the picture and whether you would like me to frame it for you.
We discuss and agree a fixed cost before I start your project. I ask for 50% upfront payment.
My drawings can also be used to create stationery and other marketing or personal items such postcards, tea towels, aprons or cushions. The uses and ideas are endless so please ask if you’d like to explore this further.
